We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Functional Consultant (Data Science, AI & Machine Learning) to join our growing team. This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with less than 5 years of experience who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data-related challenges, AI opportunities, and business requirements.

• Assist in documenting requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  
  

Solution Design & Support

• Work with technical teams to design and deliver solutions using Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning techniques.

• Support the configuration, integration, and implementation of AI/ML tools and platforms.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes through data-driven solutions.
  
  

Data Science & AI Application

• Assist in preparing and cleaning datasets for analysis and modelling.

• Contribute to the development of predictive models, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions.

• Support in testing, validating, and fine-tuning machine learning models for accuracy and performance.
  
  

Project Delivery & Support

• Contribute to project activities from design to implementation and post-deployment support.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client/business expectations.

• Proactively identify issues and suggest creative, practical solutions.
  
  

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in preparing training materials, demos, and client workshops related to data and AI solutions.

• Continuously learn and explore emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with <5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of:

  • Machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).

  • Programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Passionate about Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning with a drive to apply them in solving business problems.

• Proactive, action-oriented, and solution-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies quickly.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team and explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
