We are looking for motivated and skilled ERP Functional Consultants (Finance Focus) to join our growing team. Opportunities are available from junior to senior levels, offering exposure to end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

This role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing financial modules of leading ERP systems. The ideal candidate has strong finance knowledge, practical ERP experience (preferably on the vendor/partner side), and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Partner with clients to analyse and document financial processes and requirements, focusing on GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and ERP configurations.
  
  

Solution Design & Configuration

• Configure and customize ERP financial modules to align with client specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and reporting requirements.
  
  

Project Delivery

• Support or lead ERP implementation projects from design through Go-Live and post-Go-Live support.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP finance module issues.
  
  

Training & Support

• Conduct user training sessions and prepare supporting documentation.

• Provide post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
  
  

Continuous Learning & Growth

• Stay updated with ERP advancements and financial best practices.

• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team growth.

Key Requirements (Junior-Level)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, ERP consulting, or software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA are an advantage).

• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.

• Legal eligibility to work in Malaysia.
  
  

Additional Requirements (Senior-Level)

• Proven experience in finance-related roles (e.g., financial analyst, accountant).

• Hands-on experience as an ERP consultant with multiple full-cycle implementations.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of ERP finance modules and their integration with other business areas.

• Experience working with ERP vendors, partners, or resellers is highly valued.
