  • Manage deliverables to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

  • Proactively handle change requests with proper documentation, billing, and stakeholder communication.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Define and manage Internal Acceptance Tests (IAT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

  • Lead Go-Live activities with strong governance to minimize risks and ensure continuity.

Training, Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer

  • Deliver end-user and client-facing training sessions, workshops, and training materials.

  • Mentor junior consultants, strengthening team capability in ERP Finance.

Client Engagement & Value Creation

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by proposing process improvements, automation, and continuous enhancements.

  • Build long-term client relationships through service excellence and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, MIA, or ERP certifications (Oracle NetSuite, SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud ERP) are highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, PMP, or Prince2) is preferred.

  • 8–10+ years of end-to-end ERP Finance implementation experience (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

  • Strong, hands-on expertise in finance/accounting processes with mastery of double-entry, reconciliations, and reporting standards.

  • Proven track record in leading full lifecycle ERP projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior management.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, translating business challenges into ERP solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Industry experience in Oil & Gas services, Retail, or Professional Services will be an advantage.
